I am trying to identify another still and welcome your help. I know the image is from a version of The Hunchback of Notre Dame but not WHICH one. Any help you can offer is greatly appreciated.

Because the rider on the horse looks to me like actor (Sir) Cedric Hardwicke, who played Judge Frollo in the 1939 RKO version of "Hunchback", I am guessing it is the Laughton/O'Hara version of the movie.
